Purpose: The purpose of this training is to help managers work through employee conflict using the best practices.

This is the second part of the blended learning solution. First would be the e-Learning module over conflict management styles and then the vILT training would incorporate the best practices of managing conflict.

This was to be done using a blended learning solution. Most of the key concepts about the type of conflict management styles can easily be learned through an e-learning module. The best practices, which were introduced in the e-learning module, needed more of an application. Therefore, it was best to use a blended learning solution so the learner could get training with an instructor as well as feedback on scenarios discussed within the training.
